Why test-drive CoCreate OneSpace Manager Project Packets?
CoCreates OneSpace Design Management solution is being used in many companies throughout the world and there are a great many users who are not aware of the informal packet technology that can be used to manage engineering projects and other business processes. Packet technology is not to be confused with formal graphical workflow that involves strict business rules and consulting to setup. Packet technology can be used to create folders and subfolders for Design and Engineering Change Projects. Those Project folders can then be routed to others users or groups for approval or sign off etc.. Pre Requisites
You should be comfortable working with OneSpace Manager Design Management for the creation of Parts and Documents, and building relationships between them.
- Creating Folders and Subfolders
- Adding master or reference objects to a folder
- Moving objects between folders
- Routing (informal) folders to other users or groups
- Routing (formal) folders to other users and groups
- Setting your working folder
- Changing the state of a Project folder
- Toggling objects between Mastered and Reference
- Display projects in the graphical structure browser
