Standard classroom based training is available both onsite or offsite for all supported software applications and modules.

Any functional training identified in the course list can be presented exclusively for your own organisation. We can work on your premises, offer our fully functional training suite or work off-site at a venue of your choice. If you choose to train on your own premises or at a suitable venue, we provide the same full service as you would receive on our open course but our instructor travels to your chosen venue, saving time and travel costs for your trainees. 

CSI regularly schedule classroom style courses for a small number of attendees. These usually have attendees from a number of different customers. Please check the scheduled training calendar for upcoming courses.

If you require a course that is not on the calendar please contact us.

Subject to venue, the cost of delivering one of our standard programs exclusively for you will be lower per attendee than the cost of an open course.

With the pace of software development its difficult to realise the benefits of the enhancements, a Coaching Program is the answer

Our experience in the industry and the huge variances in our customer base provide us with the knowledge to develop and provide a variety of training and coaching options.

A Coaching Program requires an initial meeting to evaluate how you currently use the product and how you could be using the additional modules/tools available to maximise the software's potential. This can be different from employee to employee depending on what training they have had so CSI will draw up a training plan for all those involved to help them grow and become more efficient.

If there are specific modules that you would like to cover, CSI can include these in the planning stage.
